Perfectly positioned along the Gulf of Mexico, this boutique complex offers a peaceful coastal retreat with direct access to sugar-white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. Guests enjoy access to a heated pool, tennis court, and stunning Gulf views throughout the property.

Unit 10 has been fully renovated with a fresh, coastal-modern design. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tasteful beach-inspired décor. A spacious breakfast bar offers a great gathering space, while the large TV provides entertainment after a day in the sun.

Step out onto the private balcony just off the living room—an ideal spot to relax with a drink and take in the beach atmosphere.

The unit includes a laundry room and two comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, mounted TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bath with both a walk-in shower and freestanding tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and a full bathroom conveniently located just across the hall.

Gulf Place is ideally located with easy access to Anna Maria Island’s free trolley, which stops right outside the complex. Explore nearby shops, dining, and attractions in Anna Maria Village, Bradenton Beach, and Holmes Beach—all just minutes away.

Please note: occupancy is limited to six guests per unit and the property is not pet-friendly. For larger groups, additional Gulf Place units may be available through BeachRentals.Mobi.

"The location is amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning enjoying our coffee. The view is great, you can see the ocean just fine. The area is very quiet no loud music, cars or yelling. The condo is equipped nicely with everything you need for your stay to include a few beach/pool towels. The beds are extremely comfortable! A Keurig instead of a traditional coffee pot would be a nice touch in the kitchen. It took us some getting used to not having a door to the bathroom area in the master bedroom but again, not a deal breaker, you make it work by closing and locking the bedroom door. We loved exploring the area, great places to eat out or run to Publix and grab groceries to eat in! We will definitely be back!

"We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The only suggestion was to maybe have more seating. Watching football with a sofa and recliner with 4 people was a little tight.

Reservation ID #WR114130 Star Star Star Star Star We spent a mother/2 daughters week on Anna Maria Island and this Gulf Place Unit #10 was absolutely perfect! The kitchen is beautiful and we found everything we needed in the way of dishes, pots and pans, towels and a few starter necessities such as laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. The master bathroom was exceptional! We also had a partial ocean view which was awesome too. Although we have vacationed on Anna Maria Island for years, this time we learned that we can have rental bicycles delivered to our condo because right outside our unit’s entrance are bicycle racks which was so convenient. We loved riding bikes around the island for the first time. It was fantastic! We loved this new experience. The condo also has a really nice pool, the water temperature was cool and perfect for these hot August days. Access to the beach was also so convenient. Everyone was talking about the red tide but other than an occasional dry cough, and seeing a few dead fish on the beach, there were no issues or problems that we could tell. Another nice thing about this particular condo is the size. We had plenty of room to stretch out and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and plan to return soon.

"Gulf Place Unit 10 was absolutely perfect! We were steps from the beach! The entrance to the beach was literally steps from our assigned parking spot so we were able to just grab our chairs/tent/ wagon each day with a very short walk! The condo is beautifully decorated and looks exactly as pictured! Location is a short drive to all our fave spots on the Island as well.

"Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the pool and the beach. The bathrooms are showrooms and you can see the ocean from one of the master bedroom windows. Steps to the beach, we walked to Pine Ave and multiple other restaurant areas. We will be back!

"This condo was very lovely and super clean. The furnishings and bedding were very comfortable. Watching the waves from the balcony was relaxing and we enjoyed the peacefulness and the gentle breeze. Overall a great area, ocean and beach were clean and not crowded. The one little thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the keypad to enter the condo. It took some getting used to because you had to jiggle the handle back and forth to get the door to open. We thought we had the wrong code the first few times we tried. Also, some hooks in the bathroom for clothes/towels would be very helpful. Overall, I would stay here again and would highly be recommend it to others.
