Candace Payne Cate (Candy) REALTOR®, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the National Association of REALTORS® Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation. Candy grew up on Siesta Key, and after 25 years away from the area, returned to Anna Maria Island in 2007. She’s worked in the vacation and real estate industries since 2008. She oversees every aspect of Rental management and is very involved in the daily details concerning owners and guests. She is a hands-on team leader, who has a flare for decorating and design of rental properties as a secondary service. Edward G. DeLosh Sr. (Ed)
Edward G. DeLosh Sr. (Ed) REALTOR®, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker who has lived in the Bradenton area since 1989 and has been a REALTOR® since 2008. He was hard at work in the vacation rental business even before that time. He is currently developing property in Costa Rica and Glamping sites. Tammy DeLosh
Tammy DeLosh grew up in Michigan. She became a cosmetologist and worked in a salon for 38 years. Tammy has raised 3 children and added 3 more with the marriage to Ed DeLosh. She has creative interests such as art, photography, and crafting. This aids in the creative ways she presents, the properties and virtual tours as well as social media posts. She loves her grandkids, animals, nature, and the beach. Her philosophy is to give you a vacation experience that gives lasting happy memories.
Kathy Kelly
Kathy has been a Florida REALTOR® for over 23 years. Prior to that, I had worked in new construction in Metro Detroit. Prior to that was an ice skating instructor both in Metro Detroit and in Canada. As well as skating, She is a true Lover of hockey (both the Detroit Red Wings and the Tampa Lightning). She had her son in hockey at age 4 and by 7, they were traveling all over Michigan and Ontario Canada. As time passed they moved up to the higher travel leagues, and by the end, had been from Drummondville Quebec to Vancouver British Columbia, and all the ice rinks in between. Kathy has sold everything from small condos, cottages, and homes to large (5000 sq+) Properties and loves what she does. She also works the daily financials in the Rental program and is making sure your payments are being taken securely. She knows the area well and is happy to help you find a home that you may retire in or add to the rental pool for investment income.
Ashley Thompson
Ashley Thompson works at BeachRentals.Mobi, as a vacation rentals administrative professional. Her position includes but is not limited to, handling all incoming and outgoing invoices, helping with all deposits, and handling the needs of properties and property owners. She also distributes cleaning schedules to housekeeping companies. On top of that, she answers calls, books reservations, and collects money. One professional accomplishment of Ashley’s is finishing the Real Estate course in pursuit of her Real Estate license. Some of her core values include loyalty and dependability. She will stick through to the end, and you can count on her. Outside of work she is a part of a prayer room and loves to pray for others. Ashley helps facilitate at Gulf Coast School of Supernatural Ministries teaching the Bible to her peers. Ashley loves cars, building models, and working with her hands. She is an exceptional person, and you will love working with her.
Erika Taylor
Coming from a line of entrepreneurs, it was destined that Erika would set off on a path to success. Driven by the examples before her, Erika chose a path of real estate. A native of Manatee County, she is knowledgeable in the area and knows many wonderful reasons to invest. Erika is a mother to five beautiful children, proving multi-tasking is not an issue for her. She is goal-oriented and strives to always do her best. Erika is certified in Business Operations as well as a Business Specialist. Customer service and courtesy are two main attributes Erika possesses. On her own time, Erika enjoys traveling with her family, spending time at the beach, and reading good books. Lindsey Goldman
Lindsey Has been involved with BeachRentals for several years in many capacities. She is now full-time and involved with the maintenance and general needs of the property and guests. She has many hats to wear and has been a terrific asset to our team. She may answer the phone when you call and also show up at your door with whatever the need may be. Her customer service skills and great attitude are well received. She has expanded her duties to concierge services.
