You may bring along ONE canine companion weighing less than 25 pounds to Royale Retreat. Please inform the management company office when they contact you after booking. They'll add a non-refundable pet fee to the total price that was quoted to you. (Also, some breeds are excluded due to insurance).

Please note: This home sleeps a total of six people in one king bed, one queen bed, and one hideaway bed. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced by the City of Holmes Beach.

Our Cancellation Policy: In order to protect our owners from loss of income, ALL MONIES PAID TOWARDS YOUR RESERVATION MAY BE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER A CERTAIN DATE! FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS MAY BE GIVEN UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Ask our office for details, or check your rental agreement.

"You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their property."

"Our first stay, but certainly not our last! We enjoyed the spacious open floor plan of Royal Retreat. There’s plenty of comfortable seating, inside and out. The home is impeccably maintained, and pride of ownership definitely shines through. Care is taken to make sure the home is equipped with anything you might need during your visit. The beach chairs were especially handy! 😎 Thank you for making our visit to Anna Maria Island extra special!

"We had a great time and loved this home. We will miss it very much. The house was very open and my girls enjoyed practicing their dance moves. We enjoyed the large TV in the living room watching together whenever there was a thunderstorm. We greatly appreciated the beach towels available and the beach chairs and umbrella. The fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser. I was fascinated by the cabinet in the back of the house when I actually saw that it folds down into a bed. That is so cool! It's definitely a very sturdy house as we had a few thunderstorms, but never felt like we were going to blow away. I definitely would stay here again.

"Property and location were amazing. There were some minor concerns on arrival that were resolved in a timely manner. The house was well stocked with everything you need. The online photos need to be updated. I picked this property specifically because it advertised a dedicated office space. However, the office space does not exist. Instead where the office desk is shown to n the pictures, there is a pull out bed. This caused me some issues as I was working remotely during the days.

Thanks for your input. This Property was completely remodeled after back to back hurricanes. The desk was not replaced and the Photographer was scheduled between guests. "This beautiful house located in a quiet area of Anna Maria Island is the perfect spot to spend time at when looking for a relaxing vacation or getaway. The welcoming décor and comfortable surroundings make you feel like home as soon as you enter the house. The surrounding property and neighborhood is a nice place to spend time outside or just take a walk and is nearby to many amenities and restaurants. It is just a short drive or bike ride to the sandy white beaches of Anna Maria Island. I will be returning to this wonderful place again soon.
