If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

"Thanks for accommodating our family for our son’s senior year spring break baseball trip. The house had everything that we wanted for a quiet respite in between ball games at IMG. The pool was fantastic and the home is very well appointed from comfort of beds, spacious living area, and a kitchen with full utility. Thank you.

"The house was exactly as described and the pool area was beautiful. The backyard is very private and the neighbors are not right up next to the home. There is a very nice park in the area for the kids. Our stay was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend.

"The kitchen is well equipped with bake- and dishware and very nice appliances. Furniture very comfortable and lighting well labeled. It was lovely having a washer and dryer. The master bathroom is also the main bath and shower area is small, but no issues. Unfortunately the weather was chilly and we did not get to use the heated pool or the lovely outdoor area as much as we would have loved to!! The home is located on a very quiet street with walking accesss to the G.T. Bray Recreation Center. We walked the grounds one afternoon and found it to be wonderful for all ages (awesome pickleball courts). Had initial issues with the lock and Wi-Fi PW, but corrected quickly by text messaging. Neighbors were also very friendly! Wonderful stay and would highly recommend. (Also, great notebook with info/instructions for the home!)
