Anna Maria Island Beach n’ Food Truck Festival

Put on your sunscreen and head out to the Holmes Beach Community Field Saturday, May 1st. It’s time for the Anna Maria Island Beach N’ Food Truck Festival! This is the 5th annual year and you’ll notice the new location. Plenty of room to meander through the artisan booths, with crafts, photography, fine art, jewelry, and retail vendors.

There will be plenty to do including a classic car show from 10 am to 3 pm. Bring a lawn chair or blanket if you please and save a spot to watch or relax. NO Coolers will be allowed.

This community event is to raise money for the AMI Chamber’s Scholarship fund. Admission is Free to everyone so Enjoy the festivities. Masks are required except while eating. Please be respectful of social distancing.

J&J BBQDiverse options from Italian sausage, burgers, hot dogs, corndogs, BBQ pork to egg rolls, with a side of french fries, cheese fries, BBQ cheese fries, or bacon cheese fries.

Mobstah Lobstah –is committed to bringing great Maine lobster to the people of Florida. Serving lobster rolls, lobster tacos, lobster tater tots,  lobster mac & cheese, shrimp tacos, crab cake sliders, fish tacos,  fish and chips.

South Philly Cheesesteak – This popular local restaurant brings their yummy Philly and chicken cheesesteaks, fresh-cut fries, tater tots, and onion rings on the road right to you!

TK Grill – This Palmetto BBQ packs in the flavor with smoked brisket smoked pulled pork fries, onion rings, breakfast burrito until 11 am.

Kona Ice – Refreshing shaved Ice, in several flavors, all-natural with no GMOs, No gluten, No Lactose, No HFCS.

Drink Responsibly

Beer and wine will be available. Drink responsibly and don’t forget to call the Moneky bus for a ride home! The Monkey Bus goes from Anna Maria Island, Cortez, and across the bridge by request. “Rides for Tips” is the Monkey Bus slogan as there is no charge for this service.

Parking

Limited parking will be available at the park, but the overflow can park and walk from Crosspointe Fellowship Church, at 8605 Gulf Drive, just north of the festival, also at the Manatee Public Beach. Use the Anna Maria Island trolley from there for free!

Extra parking is also available at Hancock Whitney Bank, 5324 Gulf Drive, Holmes Beach, and is a couple of blocks walk to the festival. It is a nice leisurely walk for many of our Anna Maria Island vacation rentals.
