Association of REALTORS® Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation. Candy grew up on Siesta Key, and after 25 years away from the area, returned to Anna Maria Island in 2007. She’s worked in the vacation and real estate industries since 2008.
Candy’s business partner, Edward G. DeLosh Sr (Ed), has lived in the Bradenton area since 1989, and has been a REALTOR® since 2008. He was hard at work in the vacation rental business even before that time.
Together they own and operate BeachRentals.Mobi LLC, a vacation rental company representing owners with properties in Pinellas, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties.
